Healing from Divorce and Separation
The problems cenetered around divorce and separation seem as if they will last forever.

There is no escaping the difficult feelings that arise during this time. People experience anger, resentment, fear, remorse, sadness, despair and profound grief. You are not alone!
But divorce and separation also brings out qualities in us that we didn't know we had, such as courage, faith, and our need for one another. It's important to find a group or a therapist that you feel safe with.
You'll learn that all your experiences will help you grow. With help, support and patience your life will begin to take a new path. You actually have the opportunity to find your true authentic self and begin to live the life you dreamed.
Some wounds cannot be healed quickly. You have to give yourself time to go through what shows itself to you.
In the meantime, we can appreciate the new qualities you are developing, such as the ability to accept all of the good and the bad in your partner. Focusing on what works in your communication will give you the ability to find peace and move on.
Share your losses and triumphs with others, that is how you gather courage to begin anew.
