Parenting Issues

One of the biggest issues in the life of a couple or partnership is the introduction of a child or children.  Almost immediately the adults involved really begin to see where their values come in to conflict. 

I have never met a couple of any configuration that determines in advance what they really believe about the raising of a child and what that actual acts like, sounds like and behaves like. 

Thus immediately the parents or partners or foster parents or single parent begins to run into parenting trouble and thus relationship trouble.

Once the relationship takes a backseat to the raising of children the couple is weakened and is usually in some form of almost constant conflict over how to do what for this child.

Usually the male in a relationship or the non biologic parent begins to feel they have lost their place.  This is often inadvertently and subtlety taken out on the child and the partner most involved with the child.

All of this is more easily taken care of than one imagines.
